Ioannis Mathioudakis
Ioannis Mathioudakis is a BA Student in the Division of Theater & Cinema Studies at the Department of Philology of the University of Crete. In 2022 he completed his Internship in the Department of Theater Studies at the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (IMS/FORTH) and in 2023 he received a Reward Scholarship from the Institute for Mediterranean Studies (IMS/FORTH) in the context of the Laboratory of Image, Sound and Movement. He participates in the six-month Internship Program DIAPLASIS of the Greek Parliament TV (2023). He is actively involved with theater and drama. In 2021 he was awarded the "Vaggelis Yakoumakis" Scholarship by the School of Theater of Theatrikos Periplous for his performances in theater. He has published articles in theater programs (playbills), the local press and online. His research interests concern connections of film and theater, Modern Greek theater and Cinema.
