Eftychia Georgakopoulou

Eftychia Georgakopoulou studied History, Archaeology and Art History at the University of Athens, Classical Vocal Studies at the National Conservatory of Athens, and Web Design and Development at Diplareios School, Athens. Collaborating with a team of developers, she worked on design, development and management of databases and websites pertaining to history in the context of EU and nationally funded projects. She currently works with the ERC CoG MUTE project (Coordination, Management, and Communication) at the Institute of Historical Research (National Hellenic Research Foundation). In the context of the ERC StG MACAUTH, she works closely with the Principal Investigator on the design and management of the project’s database.
She has been a special education teacher of history and literature. She has also performed with musical and theatrical groups and recorded for the cinema and the theater.
