Invitation to submit economic and technical offer for a geophysical electromagnetic instrument

Rethymno, October 15th 2013

The Laboratory of Geophysical-Satellite Remote Sensing & Archaeoenvironment of Institute for Mediterranean Studies of Foundation for Research and Technology invites tenders to express interest by submitting financial and technical offers for a geophysical electromagnetic instrument that has to comply with the specifications referred at the appendix.

The total budget of the instrument is 23,500 Euro including VAT (23%) and other legal taxes.

The above instrument will be provided within the project «POLITEIA: Culture-Technology: New technologies in research, study, documentation and accessibility in the information of items and monuments of cultural heritage», Work Package 2: «Development of integrated system for the mapping of archaeological sites emphasizing on the landscape use». POLITEIA is under the framework «Development proposals of Research Foundations-KRHPIS» of the Operational Program «Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship», National Strategic Reference Framework-NSRF 2007-2013.

The economic and technical offers have to be submitted with mail or fax or e-mail until Thursday, October 31st 2013 at 11:00.

The contract will be awarded to the most economically and functionally advantageous tender on the supply of the scientific equipment. At the same time the proposed instrument has to be compatible with existing electromagnetic instrumentation of the Laboratory of Geophysical-Satellite Remote Sensing & Archaeoenvironment.
