The Institute for Mediterranean Studies-FORTH as part of the ERC STG 2016 'Seafaring Lives in Transition. Mediterranean Maritime Labor and Shipping during Globalization, 1850s-1920s', is organizing the first international meeting on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th October in the lecture hall of IMS, Nick. Photographic exhibition

An exhibition with preliminary results of a research project about the mountains of Crete will open on Tuesday, August 1st around 18:00 (until 21:00) at the facilities of the Institute for Mediterranean Studies/FORTH (Nikiforou Foka 126-130). It will be open every week of August from Thursday to Sunday between 18:00 and 21:00.
